Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Handoff ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Handoff is a product of Round Table Strategy LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Handoff provides automatic verification code forwarding for teams and individuals sharing logins. The Service connects to your email account, detects incoming verification codes, and forwards them to your designated recipients. Handoff is a relay tool. It does not store verification codes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Forward codes for accounts you do not have authorized access to
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Email Access and Data

To provide the Service, Handoff connects to your email account (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP) to scan for verification codes. By connecting your email, you authorize us to:

• Read recent incoming emails to detect verification codes
• Forward detected codes to your designated recipients from your own email

Handoff does not read, store, or process email content beyond verification code detection. Codes are forwarded and immediately discarded.

6. Blocked Providers

Handoff automatically blocks verification codes from certain financial, healthcare, and government providers for your protection. You can review blocked codes and manage per-domain exceptions from your dashboard.

7. Subscription and Billing

Handoff offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable.

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price changes will apply to billing cycles starting after the change.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Round Table Strategy LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT VERIFICATION CODES WILL BE FORWARDED WITHOUT DELAY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUND TABLE STRATEGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Round Table Strategy LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All email connections and recipient configurations will be removed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
